The General Terms and Conditions below apply to all offers and transactions of Phantom House Café LLC. Prices are subject to change.
By accepting an offer and making a booking, the client expressly accepts the applicability of these General Terms and Conditions.
Deviations from that stipulated in these Terms and Conditions are only valid when they are confirmed in writing by the management.
All rights and entitlements stipulated for Phantom House Café LLC in these General Terms and Conditions and any further agreements will also apply for intermediaries and other third parties deployed by Phantom House Café LLC.
The restaurant guarantees that all the products offered meet the standards of the concept.
If there are any complaints the management needs to be informed immediately. Appropriate actions will be taken as soon as possible.
All offers made by Phantom House Café LLC are without obligation and Phantom House Café LLC expressly reserves the right to change the prices, in particular if this is necessary as a result of statutory or other regulations.
All prices are indicated in dirhams, including VAT.
Phantom House Café LLC cannot be held to any price indications that are clearly incorrect, for example as a result of obvious typesetting or printing errors. No rights may be derived from incorrect price information.
VALUE ADDED TAX (VAT)
Starting from 1 January 2018, the UAE Government has introduced Value Added Tax (VAT) at a standard rate of 5% applicable to most goods and services in the UAE. Phantom House Café LLC will comply with this mandate and a 5% tax will be applicable to our ticket prices and food and beverage offerings.

Before confirming your reservation, always check carefully that you have reserved the correct (number of) persons. Wrongfully ordered (numbers of) persons are not refundable.
Client agrees and understands that the booking fee will not be refundable if any cancellation at least 24hrs before reserved date in advance of the reservation.
Phantom House Café LLC is committed to providing superior quality services to clients. Clients must cancel any reservations that they will be unable to honor at least 24hrs before reserved date in advance of the reservation. You may cancel your reservation via mobile or landline upon successful confirmation sent by email.
Phantom House Café LLC may have the right under its cancellation policy to make a charge to your debit or credit card in compliance with that policy due to any failure to cancel your reservation in accordance with the restaurant’s cancellation policy.
All prices are including VAT.
Methods of payment we accept: Cash, Visa and MasterCard
You will not receive confirmation of your definitive booking until your payment has been approved.
Phantom House Café LLC will not assume responsibility for the damage or loss of articles left in the restaurant prior to or following the function.
If one or more of the provisions in these Terms and Conditions or any other agreement with Phantom House Café LLC are in conflict with any applicable legal regulation, the provision in question will lapse and be replaced by a new comparable stipulation admissible by law to be determined by Phantom House Café LLC.
The law of the United Arab Emirates applies to all agreements entered into with or concluded by Phantom House Café LLC. Any disputes arising directly or indirectly from these agreements will be exclusively settled by the Court of Dubai.
